Yeah, I’d walk right across that. Probably can support my weight, but if not I wouldn’t feel bad.

I bumped into the bed frame walking to the bathroom in my hotel and my shin has been purple for a week. That would do some serious damage.

I don’t understand this at all. Those things are so easy to remove, it’s not even funny.

The only time I ever left my hitch on was a complete accident. The moment I noticed (I could hear it shifting - it’s a heavy weight distributing class 4), I pulled off the road, detached it, and secured it in the back seat area.

If not locked, you could detach it and prop it up against their driver's side door.
